I saw the other day where knight rifles closed their doors. I'm REALLY going to miss them as they made some of the best muzzleloaders around. I still have 2 Knight inline muzzleloaders. Austin & Halleck Is another VERY fine semi-custom muzzleloader manufacturer that went out of business some time back. That leaves Thompson Center as the best factory made muzzleloaders IMO.

That bites. They seemed to be a very versatile weapon as well. We should hope and pray T/C stays in business. I like T/C's quality and accuracy is awesome.

While I hate to see an American business go under I have to say that I have no respect for inline muzzleloaders. If you need to hunt with one you should just get a modern cartridge rifle. I'm way too traditional I guess.

I do like inlines, they are virtually waterproof and accuracy is almost that of a good bolt action or semi automatic.
I see we have some "old school" and "new school" folks in here, but that does not make us bad folks. That is exactly what makes the world go around. ;D

I saw an ad for Knight firearms the other day on TV, I was wondering if was just an old ad for filler space or they reopened again.
