My first real hunt was for duck. One of my father's friends took us road hunting in a 1950 Chevy woody wagon in Wisconsin near the Horicon Marsh goose preserve. We followed flocks of ducks around in the until they landed in cornfields, then got out, snuck up on them and when they rose, popped them. I was maybe 14 or 15 and I was hooked from then on. I have to admit a fondness for all sorts of bird hunting, but that road hunting for ducks was maybe the most fun trips I've ever had.

Dove is what I mostly hunt for, I been duck hunting, we were out fishing and had a 22mag with us; shot a few for dinner. Dove wise, I have always used my Remington 870 Wingmaster 12ga, but I bought a new shotgun I'm hoping to use on the up coming season, a Mossberg 535 12ga.
